One Roof is very happy to offer teaching space at our studio in The Old Biscuit Mill.
Teachers can benefit from the shared creative environment, with kitchenette and toilet facilities on hand.
We have a flexible space that you as a teacher could use for ceramic, mosaic, painting, or other art teaching.
We have some tables, chairs available. Other equipment can be negotiated or borrowed. For the ceramic students we have a kiln available (firing costs and booking system apply). The complex has secure parking, which is free after 6pm.
The teaching space is arranged in three sessions - AM (9-12), PM (2-5) and Evening (6-9). The basic cost of hiring is R200 per session. If you require a longer session, this can be arranged depending on other bookings - extra hours are R50 each. Full day and weekend workshop rates can be negotiated.
